Why is the idea of Space?
In simple words, the idea of “Space” teaches us to create emptiness within ourselves by clearing our minds and thoughts. It’s like making room for new ideas and perspectives. Space often refers to a state of inner emptiness or clarity, where the mind is free from clutter and distractions. This space can be seen as a metaphorical emptiness within oneself, where there is room for peace, tranquility, and deeper understanding.
When we clear up our thoughts and create this inner space, it allows us to connect more deeply with our true selves and with the spiritual dimensions of life. It inspires us to let go of worries, anxieties, and negative emotions, and instead, to focus on the present moment and on what truly matters.
This clearing of thoughts can lead to greater awareness, insight, and a sense of connection to something larger than ourselves, whether it be the universe, nature, or a higher power. Ultimately, the inspiration to clear up our thoughts comes from the desire for inner peace, spiritual growth, and a deeper connection to the essence of life.
What is Dharma?
In simple terms, Dharma is about our inner state and how it shapes our actions. When we are in a mindset of embracing everyone and everything, we naturally act wisely and appropriately based on the situation. However, if we’re stuck in a mindset of conflict or rivalry, where it’s always “you versus me,” then our actions may often seem misguided. This is because our very existence becomes defined by this conflict, making it difficult to do anything right.
The idea is that we should strive to act according to our best selves, guided by our highest potential, which comes from a mindset of inclusiveness rather than separation.
Why Conflict Occurs and Why is it Important?
Embracing disagreement is like welcoming the variety of perspectives and opinions that exist in the world. Just as conflict is seen as a necessary part of evolution, where new ideas and advancements emerge through the clash of different forces, welcoming disagreement allows us to grow and progress. Take, for instance, the Big Bang, which is believed to have sparked the creation of the universe through a tremendous eruption. Similarly, when we engage in disagreements, we have the opportunity to explore new ideas, challenge our beliefs, and ultimately evolve as individuals and societies. Rather than avoiding conflict, we should recognise its potential for positive change and embrace it as a catalyst for growth and innovation.
What is a restless intellect and why do we have it?
In simple terms, having a restless intellect means our minds are always active and seeking answers. It’s okay to admit when we don’t have all the answers and to embrace a state of not knowing. We can’t always predict the pace of our actions or those of others. It’s important to understand that everyone’s way of life is valid, but there’s no one universal truth that applies to everyone. Spirituality involves looking inward, exploring our inner selves, and finding our own truth. There’s no single right way to live life, and it’s important to embrace our personal reality and stay alive to our own experiences. We shouldn’t let life’s challenges exhaust us; instead, we should focus on being present in our relationships and in the present moment. With awareness, we can cultivate love and avoid getting lost in distortions or misunderstandings.
Always keep a check on what confusions to drop and how to keep your intentions aligned to your inner principles.
